Fresh 20 oz hand knead spent grain dough ball. Spent grains add nutrients as well as flavor, and since we make our dough fresh to order, you don't have to worry about all the ingredients you can't pronounce in other doughs. We don't use dough stabilizers, just the tried and true basics. Makes a 12" pizza (or whatever else sounds fun!)

Pat dough with floured hands to fill greased pizza pan or baking sheet. OR roll dough on a floured counter to 12-inch circle; place in greased or parchment paper lined pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and toppings. Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes (less if made as a thin crust), until cheese is bubbly and the crust is lightly browned.
