Savory roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with dried cranberries and served alongside toasted walnuts and creamy gorgonzola. Finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction for the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Easily made vegan by omitting the cheese or nut fee by omitting the walnuts. Serves 4.
